Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Dear Valued Client,
We kindly request that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a charge of 30% of the service fee.
To retain your deposit, we ask that you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of cancellation. Please note that failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a restriction on future bookings and a charge of 50% of the service fee to your card.
